Hello, everyone, welcome once again to another episode of mommy healed. I self today I have with me. Twyla brace and she is the president and co founder of Citizens Council for health freedom. Cch F a national patient privacy focused free market nonprofit policy organization launched in 1998 to protect patient and doctor freedom. She is the author of the eight time award winning book, big brother in the exam room, the dangerous truth about electronic health records, which is now in its turn, in its third printing, twila's efforts led to a temporary national law requiring parental consent for research using newborn DNA and a national campaign exposing HIPAA as a data sharing rule. She's the founder of an online nationwide directory of direct pay practice known as the wedge of health freedom. She also launched patient toolbox, an easy to use tool to help patients understand their options in coercive situations and to maintain control over their treatment decisions during the COVID crisis, she initiated the CCH F's face freedom campaign and be bullied billboard campaign to stop mask and vaccination mandates. Her campaign to separate Medicare enrollment from citizen access to their rightful Social Security benefits was supported by more than 44 free market organizations nationwide. This request was successfully included in President Trump's Medicare executive order signed on october 3 in 2019 twila's health freedom minute is heard week days by more than 5 million listeners on approximately 870 radio stations in 47 states. She provides testimony at state legislatures, meets with members of Congress and health care policy makers, conducts original research and speaks around the country and has been featured and quoted by CNN Forbes, Fox News, Fox Business, nature, NBC, political science, the hill it up Times and the Wall Street Journal. And in 2021 she authored ch F's, COVID 19, Quick Reference Guide, which was published online in december 2020 and updated in 2023 the guide downloaded over 140,000 times on cch efforts website alone, and it includes a quick action summary and instructions on early treatment kit. Now, since 2017 her efforts have stopped the unique patient ID each year, and in 2022 she testified before the Wyoming Legislature. And in 2023 her work led to the passage of the nation's strongest genetic privacy law. Now, Twyla, I tell you, you are a busy woman. Oh, my goodness gracious. Whoo. Thank you so very much for being here with us. And I guess where I want to start our conversation today is, how did you get started? How did you even talk to understand the way in which our health freedoms and our privacy is being breached in the first place, because most of us have no clue of any of this. So how would you come to be aware of this? Well, I think
Twila Brase 3:49
you know, being a registered nurse, I have worked with police for a long
Unknown Speaker 3:54
time, but I
Twila Brase 3:58
have always had a real support for freedom across the entire scope. And when the Clinton society for healthcare, I realized that if they took over healthcare, they would take over the country. And that was the beginning of my foray into policy, and I really felt like God was helping us to start an organization of and so here I am, 30 years later, becoming a policy expert in healthcare and privacy policy. And you know, certain things just make sense, if you can connect the dots, and if you do enough research, start to be connected. And so I've had a long time to come up with realizations that maybe other people have. Other people
Dr Michelle 4:44
have. So I want to start a little bit from a couple of years ago, when you started the initiative to make people more aware of the reality of HIPAA. And if you could explain to us what is it that people usually think about HIPAA, and how is that not exactly in alignment with what's really going on for about 1520,
Unknown Speaker 5:08
years, actually, just
Unknown Speaker 5:11
had a campaign to get people To
Unknown Speaker 5:17
stop signing HIPAA form today
Unknown Speaker 5:22
says I am where read or understood
Twila Brase 5:25
the Notice of Privacy Practices, and so I'll just say, Come over about that. HIPAA, so in this industry, they know that it is so not such anything.
Unknown Speaker 5:47
Millions of people. A lot of the people.
Unknown Speaker 5:59
unless the hospital is stronger.
Twila Brase 6:08
path. So, people believe Kipa is a lot of different at the hospital, or into the clinic, they believe it as well, although they really thought about something, understanding how, like, they could see how much they all about the baby. success. And so this was they were Americans. Were told to build good here, because everybody wanted to get their hands on very valuable data called and they didn't want to have to ask the police before. And so I worked with brother in the exam room the basic truth about electronic health record to both talk about the fact that they don't have privacy. But not only that, but the government imposed a mandate that all the state of the needs digitized and made accessible through the internet on information exchanges systems and national therefore, there are so many people that get COVID access to the data through these electronic network, cyber networks that go across the country, state health increase Exchange, or the E Health Exchange, which is a national data system, no consent
Unknown Speaker 7:26
requirements, again, unless your state has a stronger prices
Twila Brase 7:30
on Wow. So in reality,
Unknown Speaker 7:35
the HIPAA is a
Dr Michelle 7:37
misnomer. It's, it's like, actually the reverse of what we think it is. I know whenever, and as you said, we used to sign it, but now it's not something that you sign, it's just like, Okay, here's a HIPAA statement. And in our thinking, we are led to believe that this is going to protect us. This is going to ensure that our data doesn't get into other hands, and the information stays between me and my health care provider. And what you're saying is that, in actuality, it allows the government and 2.5 million different entities to have access to our data. That is scary. Stuff is written in my book because I thought nobody
Twila Brase 8:22
understands it. Everybody has been led to believe something completely different than what it is. We do call it the greatest deception forces on the American public, and they're actually exploited in the exam room. So when you get those intrusive questionnaires, some people now are getting questionnaires themselves. They want to know everything about your life you know. They want to know, like, what your income is, what your employment is, do you drive a car? How close is the serious grocery store, all of these sorts of things, and they're using the exam room and the data collection so that the exam room is supposed to be a sanctuary, private, protected space where you can say what you have to say, and get the care that you need. And it's really become
Unknown Speaker 9:15
a and if you don't fill out those,
Twila Brase 9:19
sometimes you get pushed back to the staff, and that just be the case. But we do have something called structure, yes, discharge, construction. You also
Unknown Speaker 9:34
get to carry
Twila Brase 9:36
but also to figure out how to not sign
Unknown Speaker 9:41
the question or fill out the questionnaire, and so you can
Unknown Speaker 9:45
just get that on our
Unknown Speaker 9:49
homepage. You can do this.
Twila Brase 9:55
Handout, and you have so many goodies on your web page, and we're going to be including that link
Dr Michelle 10:02
in the show notes. So I encourage everyone to definitely head on over to cch F organization's web website. Now, I also a little bit into the
Unknown Speaker 10:18
DNA project,
Dr Michelle 10:21
because, again, something that mommies are not aware of. And again, they keep telling us about China, and they're worried about tick tock getting our information from China. But mamas, you've got to hear this. Tell us. Twyla, we discovered that health departments
Twila Brase 10:46
through the newborn screening program, which is really a government genetic testing program, so that either, but it is considered the largest population wide genetic program in the country, and the word is genetic we're talking about typically when They're talking about divorce training. A lot of people really like the word training, even if it's discrete program, but they don't like the idea that the government is doing they don't like the idea the government is keeping their DNA and sharing it, and they don't like the fact that the government is using it for their own purposes, and so and so. When we discovered this, we realized that really led trees are our DNA warehouses started at birth. There's 4 million babies more than a year. It could be a little bit lower now, because the birth rate has gone down with a lot of babies, there are several states that keep that DNA forever. Now, if they wanted to take your DNA or flying and stores with the government, you would be inclined against
Unknown Speaker 12:02
them, and yet, the government has obviously destroyed their DNA,
Twila Brase 12:07
and you see how it was used. The police department has as somebody that they wanted to mine and locate and so they went, they got permission
Unknown Speaker 12:20
to go into the baby, DNA, warehouse, essentially,
Unknown Speaker 12:24
relative, guidance,
Unknown Speaker 12:27
right there, the law right now. now,
Twila Brase 12:31
against the government for doing this. But also, you know this DNA is being kept for research and being given away, California, given away
Unknown Speaker 12:44
at about $20. Per.
Twila Brase 13:03
I do a card with a special filter for us. Now, there used to be only one dot. Nowadays there's about six, because they're doing more at one time, more genetic tests, but also to make it is available for other kids, right, without the parent center. And so we encourage parents to get privately tested or to if your state has a has a law that allows you to force or to destroy it and to destroy the results of the government records, we have a special called
Unknown Speaker 13:46
in it's like a
Unknown Speaker 14:08
have okay. Now
Twila Brase 14:11
we are ending October. When we're recording this, we're ending the month of October, and many people are faced with
Unknown Speaker 14:21
care enrollment.
Dr Michelle 14:24
I would love for you to tell us a little bit more about what people are probably not aware of as it pertains to Medicare, and why it's so important for them to reconsider some of the decisions that they may be making at this time, and what are their options. So I'm glad you asked that question. I don't know if you know, but we have just released a Medicare How To Guide, and I think you might know that so, and it's very exciting. It's the first ever. It's not like
Twila Brase 14:58
anybody else's guide at all. It includes 10 Medicare traps that you want to avoid. And you know right now, everybody who turned 65 and over, unless they're in companies with 20 or more employees, have to sign up for Medicare if they want their Social Security benefits. They don't have a choice. So that's the first Medicare trap, is that you don't have a choice with medica. Really like Medicare, because the cost that they pay are much less, but Medicare is running out of money, in a very, very big way, running out of money. And so given that one example, $905 billion was spent by our federal government for Medicare, but that was about $54, billion over. What revenue? Wow, right?
Unknown Speaker 15:50
So it's like, you
Twila Brase 15:55
know, having $100 or, you know, something like, something that's going to cost, you know, a million, right? So Medicare is dying. People don't know that. But the reports into Medicare, and so the rationing of care is is going on earnest, and one of the places that is most capital is in the Medicare Advantage. The Medicare Advantage is about 70 70% of all seniors have chosen Medicare. I'm sorry, disruptive. The seniors, more than half the seniors in Medicare have chosen Medicare Advantage, and about 70% of them have no premium, because it looks like a really great deal, no premium whatsoever. And this is because the federal government's taxpayers is being this huge chunk of change the health plan. No matter how much care you use, they get this block of money.
Unknown Speaker 16:56
They have the authority to deny you access not medically
Twila Brase 17:04
necessary. So you might want you can't go and live somewhere else longer than they
Twila Brase 17:21
were. One of the biggest things is medical rest. Guys and
Unknown Speaker 17:36
in fact, they disclose
Twila Brase 17:41
their denials that they appeal, 75%
Unknown Speaker 17:57
of the time, the dedicated vantage of
Twila Brase 18:00
organizations overturned the denial, as the federal government found. Up 1% right
Twila Brase 18:16
to enter, usually slow enough, whatever they think they need an attorney at the very top of the process they need to care right? And so even the federal government says that people deny access medically necessary care that even Medicare approves very lucrative for them I think it's deny.
Unknown Speaker 18:40
With all the ability to appeal. It's so horrible.
Twila Brase 18:45
horrible that. The other thing. Understand, the deadline, and the other choices including the deadline is Original Medicare. The only gap with the co insurance. They're deductible with with original list here, stops.
Unknown Speaker 19:12
Like other places.
Twila Brase 19:17
If you have Medigap. Will you not have to give to those days on Trump. You know, it's horrible, the way in which the system takes advantage of people and their most VUL. times, and I think nothing reflects that more so than the
Dr Michelle 19:42
four years, I guess now going on five, almost the COVID era, I would love for you to tell us a little bit more about what did you see happening during that time, and what were some of the things that cch f did to help out the citizens? So the power
Unknown Speaker 20:02
that the state had to
Dr Michelle 20:04
impose lockdown really started 18 years before COVID began, and we were engaged in that battle. It was called the emergency health Powers Act, the model state emergency health Powers Act. And the CDC was right after 911 like six months later this evening,
Unknown Speaker 20:22
planning for three years to
Twila Brase 20:25
empower the health officials in every state and declared emergency. And when 911 happened, final state emergency, health, power, and they have every state attachment and a full building. And so when
Unknown Speaker 20:42
they have all of these, they had all of this,
Twila Brase 20:53
right. And then other So, so what was really happening there, that all of the individuals
Unknown Speaker 21:05
were white, they were
Unknown Speaker 21:12
violated. And then
Unknown Speaker 21:21
the fact that they had an email from
Unknown Speaker 21:28
February 1.
Unknown Speaker 21:31
I think it's
Unknown Speaker 21:33
February 1 2020,
Unknown Speaker 21:36
talking about how mass health, former
Twila Brase 21:43
Secretary of Department of Homeland, Health and Human Services, that the mass would work, right? I think there's flip flops all over the place whenever the narrative was the same private email, right? And that would work so unpopian mass was set a sense against so many things. You know, your dignity, your rights, your right to breathe your right to breathe free, your right to walk around people look at you as though you were anatomy. So, so they're that they're ivermectin. So they knew ivermectin. NIH was actually doing a study of ivermectin cancer, and today we're seeing how ivermectin was curing cancer. This is a most amazing thing. Has happened, but Nia was already doing studies because they're claiming that this was dangerous. They knew it wasn't dangerous, and yet they couldn't afford to have a cure because they had already decided that they needed to impose a shot. What was not a vaccine, they need to call it a vaccine so they could get past all of the regulations COVID business, requiring people to have it. They knew that they wanted to create a mandate that would set a precedent that whenever the government said, Thou shall be vaccinated, it would then be part of this policy forever. Well, half of heavily they did not receive. These are the whole bunch of people who said no, or they said no after the second one was a good because now we have scientists saying that if you got more than two Are you really not your immune system or bacterial and viral infection? So there's been so much wrong, but this was the public health officials government trying to get specimens.
Twila Brase 23:51
Work. Wow, just so many things to consider now I'm curious as we start to wrap up with is the most important thing that we need to know as we move into 2025 one of the most important things that we
Dr Michelle 24:31
have not discussed is the fact that real ID card, and I am here to say This is a national
Unknown Speaker 24:46
constitutional and it's not just
Twila Brase 24:51
a that this is constant, and it's not just a car, it's a system, and it will lead to the social credit system of China, where and they want to put it on your car. They testified in December that they want your driver's license on your phone, and so they want to have control of your phone. And that's exactly how this happens in China. And so there are 45 states that you do it right, not have a real license. You have a standard driver's license, and you should sit with a standard driver's license. They want to impose what they call progressive consequences and progressive enforcement. And so what you need to know is get yourself in a passport, if you're worried about flying, if you're worried that they will be taking the full system over to Real ID, get a passport and then refuse to get the real ID, because you will be able to apply with with the passport, as Well as 16 other documents that the TSA had on their website, people can go to our head of the campaign to get people to oppose this new strategy there to get progressive enforcement and progressive consequences, including a Greek strike. They want to like to come to the airport three times, they'll send you home with your children, your mortgage. This is how what they want to do, starting May 7. So everyone should sign up on our website to be notified for the next thing to do to oppose this entire country, to take over of the entire country,
Unknown Speaker 26:33
and certainly just
Unknown Speaker 26:37
contact us about today. It has a star and
Twila Brase 26:41
Google and get
Twila Brase 26:51
a standard driver right now in
Unknown Speaker 27:07
their takeover of the country through this national party. So
Twila Brase 27:24
So is this something that they're going to sync with your medical information, also as part of that, like vaccination, whatever, so
Unknown Speaker 27:54
that of federal
Unknown Speaker 28:00
and any other focuses.
Unknown Speaker 28:04
So in the supervision.
Unknown Speaker 28:09
By authority, getting married,
Twila Brase 28:12
whatever. They national security issues. And that. s not even just even. That's what it was. They could decide
Unknown Speaker 28:21
that, and they could suddenly, and then it all
Twila Brase 28:23
gets pulled together, one big track and one big
Unknown Speaker 28:31
control man, control system
Twila Brase 28:34
system over your life, that is scary. Scary, scary, oh my goodness. So ladies and gents, please be sure to look into the show notes and go to the website, cch F or should they say, cch, freedom.org, but remember, we have the link in the show notes, and there's just a plethora of resource links,
Dr Michelle 29:03
from the toolkit to the information about DNA to the information regarding Medicare. So lots of really good information. And don't keep it to yourself. Okay, make sure that you send this recording to other people that you know that are perhaps our seniors that are getting ready to move into that zone of being taken care of by Medicare, or mommies who are having babies because I had my baby, well, four of them, and I didn't realize that this is what they were doing with their data, and who knows what they can do in the future? That's the scary not just what they have done so far, but what can be done as we move into a much more technologically advanced civilization. It's going to be really bizarre. So in any case, be forearmed for the world that is on our doorstep. And I thank you once again, Twyla, for joining us and for sharing all of this phenomenal information and these resources. And thank you for everything that you're doing for our rights to fight, also for the rights of our doctors. We didn't even get into that. So I may have to look at that later, but thank you for all that you, and for the rest of you that are here with us today. Until. Until next time, peace and blessings, recording stuff. Awesome. Thank you so much. And there was one other thing. I'm part of.
